The Three Witches are at the root of all Macbeth's problems. Had he never heard their prophecy, thoughts of murdering his peers would most likely have never crossed his mind.
ReplyDeleteWe're the so called "Weird Sister," but that is fine with us. We love being non-conformists and social outcasts. What most call beauty, we find hideous. What most find bad, we love.

I agree with kathleen, if they never showed up and told Macbeth he would one day be king, I don't believe he would have ever thought to come up with a plan, (such as killing Duncan), just to make the prophecy true.I also don't believe he would've ever really wanted to be king if no one ever told him he would be.
ReplyDeleteThey were also called the Wierd sister. Think that means fate. But they also gave macbeth his prophecy which messed him all up.
ReplyDeleteThe Wyrd sisters are very very sketchy and make this story tragic. They throw some prophecies out there then all of a sudden people start dying. They just keep stirring the pot. Congrats witches, you officially are on my list of evil.
ReplyDeleteThe witches told Mcbeth that he should beware of Macduff. Which convinces Mabeth that he should kill Macduff. They also tell him that none of woman born shall harm Macbeth and never banished be until Birnam wood marches to Dunsinane.
ReplyDeleteThe witches are the key point to Macbeth's problems. Macbeth the greedy and coward listens to these witches and gets him all stressed out. And the witches all they do is laugh at him.
ReplyDeleteI love the witches cause without them it wouldnt be boring. No plot or nothing that would be intresting. Cant blame the witches for being good at what they good at.

ReplyDeleteThey met with Macbeth in the cave and told him that MAcduff could nopt defeat him.
